Company was established in 2002 and operates in Gdynia since 1st of January 2003 as an independent manning agent. Originally named CT Serve Limited has been renamed to Marlow Navigation Gdynia Ltd. The main objective of the company is to provide experienced and qualified marine personnel to reputable ship owners and ship managers, furthermore, to suggest and provide adequate training to seafarers, whenever necessary, as to increase the professionalism and continually improve the standard of services to be provide.

The company is at the moment providing a substantial number of crew members (officers and ratings) to Marlow Navigation Co. Ltd, a reputable ship manager located in Limassol, Cyprus and its associates. The contracted crew members serve onboard of all types of vessels under the crew management of our principals.

We are looking for seafarers willing to enhance further their career development, able to serve onboard modern and sophisticated vessels.
